Have you had trouble balancing your career while trying to be a good Catholic? Join us for this series where successful Catholics will share their backgrounds and faith journey, as well as their experiences of being Catholic in the work world. Light refreshments and wine will be served.

Mr. Taylor is the Partner-in-Charge of Industrial Sales and Leasing for Matrix Development Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the marketing and leasing of Matrix’s industrial portfolio.


Since joining Matrix in 1986, Mr. Taylor has grown from the position of Property Manager in charge of the day-to-day management of all of Matrix’s properties to Project Executive, then to Vice President of the firm. In 1993, he became a Partner of Matrix. Throughout his career, he has successfully prosecuted build-to-suit and speculative leasing and construction programs for more than 35 million square feet of transactions, becoming a recognized leader in the Northeast real estate industry. His unparalleled leasing and marketing abilities have greatly contributed to Matrix’s prominence. Mr. Taylor has worked with leading firms such as Amazon, Tesla, Walmart, Lowe’s, Jet.com, Sony, Associated Press, Volkswagen, W.W. Grainger, Playmobil, Lenox, Sleepy’s, Mercedes Benz, and McKesson Pharmaceuticals, to name a few.


Mr. Taylor is involved with numerous philanthropic causes, and has a passion for Catholic education. Current and past boards include St. Rose of Lima (Freehold) Parish Board (President), St. Rose of Lima (Freehold) school board (President), Jersey Shore Medical Center Foundation Board (Treasurer), and Community Options, a charity devoted to housing and employment for special needs adults.
