I think this week’s Gospel reading might be a little jarring to me in the context of the time in which we live. In this time of Covid-19, we have redoubled our efforts regarding hand washing before meals, every time we pass a sink, and when a sink is not available, we use hand sanitizer. So, when I heard that Jesus’ disciples were not washing their hands before meals, I was a little puzzled.
We are planning for next year! Hear are some ways to support our program: -Catechist for Summer Academy -Catechist for our program beginning in fall -Prayer team to support our students and families -Creative/ strategic thinkers (help us structure the program that will meet our families' needs!

Access to the Greater Confirmation Retreat was provided to the parent emails of our 8th-grade students. The last group should have received this on Thursday, February 25th. Understanding that these are challenging times, we will offer three chances for parents to attend a First Reconciliation and First Eucharist Meeting. These will be held on Saturday, December 5th at 10:00 am. Tuesday, December 15th at 6:00 pm, and Sunday, December 20th at 11:00 am.
What does this mean? Families will be provided digital texts, helpful videos, and in-home lesson plans for our parents. Each week, families will complete one asigned lesson. Review the chapter from your book, watch any associated videos, and complete the weekly e-assessment. There isn't a specific time that you have to gather, just find some time during the week, and take a look together.
