We have high hopes for returning to fully in-person classes for the 2022-2023 Parish Religious Education year. However, understanding each family has different circumstances and availability, we'll also look to have a remote option for all Virtual Home Study families.
We'll continue our use of Pflaum Gospel Weeklies for all grade levels, as they wonderfully tie into each week's Gospel reading, and are wonderfully interactive.
Our Plans for next year require a large number of volunteers for catechist and support positions. We're asking you to consider stepping up so that we can clear you for child safety protocols, get you trained for classroom management, and work with the curriculum.
For 2022-2023 classes will start beginning on Sunday, October 9th. This will help our families to adjust to their new Fall schedule, and allow us to do orientations for the sacraments before the beginning of the PREP year.
Tuesday PREP will not be open for registration, pending the review of the Newly hired Parish Catechetical Leader's Discretion.

-All students will be provided with online access to the agenda, and assessments on Flip Grid. The only way to receive an excused absence will be to log in to the topic for any given week and complete the linked assessment.
-In the event of an emergency such as the pandemic, we will be equipped to seamlessly adjust back to remote education, with ZOOM meetings, and online assignments.
-During weeks where there is no class meeting, families are still expected to review that given Sunday's assigned lesson. On those weeks assessments will not be required.
- Snow days and weather emergencies will allow for the traditional days off. However, families should review the weekly lesson and assessment. We just won't require remote learning.
Flip Grid will likely be used for Virtual Home Study Families and may be set up for in-person families to be used to make up missed sessions or in the case of another round of pandemic closures. Programming will continue in earnest whether pandemic conditions continue or not.
